As a full service firm, we advise on sales, lettings, transactions, valuations and more across all real estate segments throughout Denmark. Through our EMEA specialist team based in London, we cover the data centre market across EMEA and have advised on transactions, valuations and strategic assignments for some of the region's largest data centre projects and deals. We are now expanding our capabilities by building dedicated local expertise within the data centre segment, which is why we are applying for this membership. This follows direct requests from clients who operate and invest in data centre assets and are seeking more locally grounded advisory in Denmark. Our ambition is to complement our existing EMEA platform with a specialised local offering, providing access to commercial data, data centre valuations and cross-border insights from projects across Europe, and to continue growing these capabilities in line with market demand.
